Technical Helpdesk Print
This facility is designed to cater for emergencies, general support issues, and issues found during preventative maintenance that require attention. If a server goes down or an important workstation on the network stops functioning, then a site visit can be scheduled to resolve the issue.

The first option will be to try and resolve the issue by dialing in remotely. If this is not possible then an onsite visit will be required.  This will generally be made within 24 hours, depending on engineer availability and specific type of issue.
