We reward our helpdesk staff with incentives based on client retention rather than the billing targets. We don't want staff focused on how much they can invoice in a particular time period - that doesn't help anyone in the long run. What benefits Unlock, our clients and our staff is happy clients - we are all on the same page.
Our aim is to forge long term relationships with clients and we do that by consistently delivering excellent service. You will find no "24 month agreement" or lock in agreement of any kind - we want you to retain us as your provider because you are happy with the work we do.
